Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. cabbage
3 tsp. salt
2 bell peppers
2 stems celery, chopped
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Cut cabbage as slaw.
Sprinkle salt over cabbage; mix and let set 1 hour.
Add peppers and celery; mix and let set 20 minutes more.
Drain well; squeeze liquid out by hand.
