Chicken Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 cup cooked rice
    2 cups chicken or turkey (cut up)
    2 pkgs. frozen peas and carrots (cooked)
Preparation
    Mix together and put in large greased casserole dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs or crumbled potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-50 minutes.
