Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cracker crumbs
5 Tbsp. butter
5 large Vidalia onions
2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. frozen shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
Mix and pat into a pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Slice onions thinly.
Saute in oil and pour into pie shell.
Mix milk and eggs.
Pour over onions.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
