Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. milk
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scald milk (not boil).
    Add cornmeal, stir constantly until thick.
    Add salt and egg yolks.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Beat egg whites until stiff in a separate bowl, then fold into other mixture. Pour into a buttered pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
