Roasted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Clean and slice cauliflower - 1/4 inch slices and pieces work best.
    Toss with oil, garlic, and salt.
    Spread cauliflower on cookie sheets - do not overlap pieces.
    Roast at 375 degrees until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Depending on the size of the cauliflower, this will take about 45 minutes.
