Skillet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 medium red potatoes, sliced thinly with skins
    2 medium onions, sliced thinly
    salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
    3/4 to 1 c. water
Preparation
    Heat margarine in frypan.
    Layer potatoes, season and layer onions.
    Add water.
    Cover and simmer over low heat until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed, about 30 to 45 minutes.
