Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup quick oats
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    Cut in peanut butter until crumbly.
    In separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla and stir in dry ingredients.
    Transfer to a greased and floured 9 by 5 by 3 inch pan (or 4 small greased and floured loaf pans).
    Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
    If you are using the small loaf pans, decrease the baking time to 45 minutes.
    Test with a toothpick to see if the breads are done. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack.
