Mock Crab Mun Doo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. imitation crab, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/4 c. minced water chestnuts
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. mun doo pi
    deep fat (for frying)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, water chestnuts and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
    To form mun doo, put about 2 teaspoons filling in center of pi. Moisten edges with water and fold in half; pinch edges together to seal well.
    Repeat until all ingredients are used.
    Heat deep fat to 375\u00b0.
    Fry mun doo until golden brown.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Makes 30 mun doo.
