Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. beets, cooked tender
3 1/2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
mixed all spices

Preparation

Add sugar and spices to vinegar and water.
Let come to a boil.
Add beets and boil 5 minutes.
Pack in jars and seal.
