Stir-Fry Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) petit peas (frozen)
    1 medium purple onion, diced
    4 or 5 mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. pimientos
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 or 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 sweet red pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in margarine in a wok until barely tender.
    Add the frozen peas, pimientos and soy sauce. Stir-fry until peas are thawed and just tender.
    Stir constantly. Serve as a side dish.
