Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients together; spread into crust.
    Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
