Baked Pork Chops With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops, cut up
    1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. Tony Chachere
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
    1 3/4 tsp. Tony Chachere
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 1/2 tsp. bell pepper flakes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Season potatoes with Tony's. Lay potatoes on bottom of baking dish. Spread one can of mushroom soup over potatoes. Lay pork chops on potatoes; sprinkle onions and bell pepper on top of meat. Mix second can of soup with water; pour over meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
