Marinated Tomato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
lettuce leaves (optional)
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. wine vinegar
salt and pepper
cucumbers (optional)
Preparation

Arrange tomato and onion slices in a shallow container and any other vegetable you would like to put in.
Combine oil, vinegar and garlic powder.
Stir well and pour over vegetables; stir until well coated and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes or overnight.
