French Onion Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, brushed with Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup cream
    3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
    3-oz. can French fried onion rings, coarsely crumbled
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Microwave pie shell for 2 minutes on High; turn dish and cook 2 minutes more.
    (Prick pie shell with a fork before cooking.)
