Heavenly Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of liquid hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Place fillets in single layer on well-greased baking platter. Brush with lemon juice.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Broil fish 4 inches from source of heat for 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture.
    Broil 2 more minutes or until browned lightly.
    Makes 6 servings.
