Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 heaping Tbsp. corn meal
1 1/2 heaping Tbsp. flour
juice of 2 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. milk
1 (9-inch) deep unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs, add melted oleo and other ingredients.
Pour into a 9-inch deep unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
