Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried black beans
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 small can onion, chipped
    3/4 c. diced carrots
    1 bay leaf
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Drain and add 8 cups cold water.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until beans and vegetables are tender.
    Serve with dollops of sour cream.
