Mexican Style Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium firm-ripe tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil or salad oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. coriander seed, crushed
    2 to 3 Tbsp. drained, canned green chili peppers, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
