Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. strawberry sugar-free Jell-O
3 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 baked pie crust
3 to 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
Cool Whip topping

Preparation

Mix Jell-O and 1 1/2 cups water.
Bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water to Jell-O and stir until it becomes clear and mixed well.
Set aside and let cool.
