Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/3 c. grated sharp cheese
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening until it feels like cornmeal.
    Stir in cheese.
    Add milk; blend just to combine ingredients.
    Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut with cutters and place on greased sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 18 biscuits.
