Corn Bread Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 to 6 Tbsp. meal
Preparation
    Beat egg well; add salt, baking powder and milk.
    Beat well. Add flour and meal (about 4 to 6 tablespoons) to desired thickness.
    Batter should be thin.
    Pour into hot greased baker and bake.
