Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 (10 oz.) frozen or 1 bunch broccoli
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (approximately 16 crackers)
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained (optional)
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Drain, chop and if using chestnuts, add to broccoli.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese.
    Add to broccoli mixture.
    Put in 9-inch square baking dish or 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
