Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. pkg. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
    finely chopped vegetables of choice (works well with carrots, broccoli and olives)
    grated cheese (works well with mild Kraft reduced fat Cheddar cheese)
Preparation
    To form crust, press crescent rolls evenly onto an 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Let cool.
