3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
