Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Warm cheese to room temperature.
    Blend sugar and horseradish well with mixer.
    Add fruit and pineapple.
    Mix well, using a big spoon.
    Pour into 8 muffin cups and put in freezer.
    Take out when frozen and serve on lettuce leaf.
    Top with poppy seed dressing.
