Quick And Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, salt and milk in 2 or 3-quart saucepan. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and pecans.
    Stir vigorously or beat with a spoon until marshmallows and chocolate are melted and mixture is smoothly blended.
    Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
    Yields 2 pounds.
