New England Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. chopped clams
    1 1/2 c. clam juice
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    4 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    few dashes Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cube
    pork
    and fry out with onions.
    Stir in flour and mix well.
    Add clam juice.
    Place in soup pot and add potatoes and garlic.
    When
    potatoes
    are
    nearly
    done,
    add hot milk gradually
    and stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add clams last. Season to taste.
