Venison Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground venison
    3 lb. ground sweet Italian sausage
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll in balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes (turn after 10 minutes).
    Cool, then freeze.
