Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (8-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake 15 minutes at 415\u00b0.
    Lower to 350\u00b0. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Shake nutmeg on top of pie.
