Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced celery
1 large onion, chopped (optional)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large can sauerkraut, well drained
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation

Combine celery, onion and green pepper in large bowl.
Chop sauerkraut and add to vegetables.
Add celery seed, sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Toss until well mixed.
Let marinate overnight.
