Cattail Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cattail pollen
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream honey and margarine together.
    Add remaining ingredients in given order.
    Pour into well-greased pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
