1/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. coffee liqueur
1 C heavy cream
6 oz. ladyfingers (24)
2/3 C. strong coffee
1/4 C. unsweetened cocoa powder
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, shaved

In large bowl, beat together mascarpone and sugar until smooth, about 3 minutes.
