Homemade Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    6 to 8 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
    2 large cans evaporated milk
    dash of salt
    vanilla to taste
    milk
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put in blender the eggs, sugar and 1 can of milk.
    Blend well. Pour into freezer tub.
    Add peaches to blender and 1 can of milk and blend well.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Pour into freezer tub and finish filling with milk.
    Stir well and taste for flavoring. Freeze according to directions for your ice cream freezer.
    Makes 1 gallon.
