Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Carnation milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    sugar to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Chill undiluted Carnation milk in refrigerator or tray until soft ice forms around edges of tray, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour into bowl; whip until it begins to thicken, about 1 minute and add lemon juice.
    Whip very stiff, about 2 minutes longer.
    Add sugar to taste and vanilla.
    Use as topping on desserts.
