Broccoli-Mushroom Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks fresh broccoli
    1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 large chopped onion
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    3 eggs
    3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. raw wide flat noodles
    2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute broccoli, mushrooms, onion and salt lightly in margarine. Drain.
    Toss with white wine.
    Beat eggs.
    Whisk in Ricotta cheese and sour cream.
    Boil raw noodles; drain.
    Mix together the broccoli mixture, egg mixture, the noodles and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
    Spread into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Top with Cheddar and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes and uncovered 15 minutes more in a 350\u00b0 oven.
