Strawberry Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. strawberry jello
1 qt. fresh strawberries
whipped cream
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
few drops red food coloring
9-inch baked pie shell

Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add syrup and water; bring to a boil.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Add jello and coloring.
Cool mixture. Wash and stem berries; place in pie shell.
Pour cooled mixture over berries.
Refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream.
