Ingredients

9-inch deep ready to bake pie crust
1 pkg. sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jell-O
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. light Cool Whip
1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
2 c. water
Preparation

Add Jell-O, pudding and lemon juice to 2 cups water; bring to a boil.
Cool for at least 30 minutes.
Add Cool Whip and strawberries to mixture.
Pour into a cool baked pie crust; garnish with Cool Whip and strawberries.
