Pecan Cream Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. white sugar
    1 c. dark Karo syrup
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix and cook
    until
    small
    ball
    forms.
    Beat until it starts to thicken.
    Add 1 quart shelled pecans.
    Beat until it forms by spooning on waxed paper.
