Chicken Stroganoff(Weight Watchers; Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. carton fat-free sour cream
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put frozen chicken in bottom of crock-pot. Mix soup, sour cream and onion soup mix and pour over chicken.
    Cook on low for 7 hours. Makes 6 servings.
