Apple Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 lb. apples (80 medium size)
2 c. cider vinegar
5 lb. sugar
5 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Make applesauce from the apples to your own preference.
Add the cider vinegar and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 for 4 hours or until the proper consistency is obtained.
Remove from oven and add the spices.
Mix well.
Pour into jars and seal immediately.
