Finger Licking Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
    1 uncooked pie crust
Preparation
    Blend potatoes and sugar with mixer.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat after each addition. Add butter, milk and vanilla. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
