Rice With Green Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can green chilies
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter, adding more butter, if needed.
    Combine with cooked rice, sour cream, salt and chilies (seeded and chopped).
    Spread mixture in a greased casserole, saving half the mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese and half the Monterey Jack cheese over top of mixture.
    Add remaining rice mixture and top with remaining Monterey Jack.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
