Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. spinach (cut leaf), thaw and strain through towel
    2 cans chopped water chestnuts
    1 large sour cream
    3/4 c. mayo
    green onions
    Cajun spice
Preparation
    Thaw and strain spinach through a towel.
    Chop onions and water chestnuts.
    Add to spinach.
    Mix in sour cream and mayo. Season with Cajun spice.
    Serve chilled with crackers.
