Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 (13 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    cherries if desire
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix as directed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan over low heat.
    Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over margarine. Arrange pineapple on top and decorate with cherries.
    Pour prepared batter evenly over mixture in pan.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
