Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, unbeaten
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar,
cornmeal and flour.
Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat well
after each, stir in butter, salt, milk, lemon juice and rind.
Mix\twell,
pour
mixture
into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for
45
minutes
or
until
firm.\tCool before cutting. Serves 6.
