Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    picante sauce
    sour cream
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet.
    Add onion and pepper and cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Add potatoes and cook for 8 minutes. Add eggs and stir and cook until eggs are done.
    Prepare tortillas by heating in hot oil for 5 seconds on each side. Divide filling mixture between 12 tortillas, placing filling in center of each.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Fold over each side. Serve with picante sauce and sour cream.
    These may be frozen and heated in microwave.
