Snapper With Tarragon-Lime Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2-inch thick) red snapper fillets (1 lb.)
    1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. dried whole tarragon
    dash of white pepper
    chopped fresh parsley
    lime slices
Preparation
    Rinse fillets with cold water and pat dry.
    Arrange in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, coated with vegetable cooking spray.
