Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can chopped water chestnuts
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 pkg. Lipton dry chicken noodle soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    3 c. water
    1 small can pimento
Preparation
    Fry sausage until pink is gone (not hard).
    Fry onion, celery and pepper until tender.
    Let water boil.
    Add soup mix; stir. Add rice and stir.
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Bake in covered dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
