Sourdough White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. starter (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Rinse large bowl in hot water.
    Put 1 cup warm water in bowl and sprinkle with yeast.
    Stir in next 3 ingredients.
    Add flour and mix thoroughly with hands.
    Cover and let set for 1 hour or until double its bulk.
    Turn out on heavily floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
    Place in 2 round pans, well-greased with oil.
    Sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Slit with razor and let rise for 40 minutes.
    Brush with eggs and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
