Easy Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. canned or fresh fruit (peaches, pineapple, blackberries)
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar and milk.
Pour into baking dish.
Pour fruit on top.
Do not stir.
Crust will rise to top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
